Notice is hereby given that the Pasadena Unified School District has determined that all Proposers on the Marshall Fundamental School Sports Complex to be undertaken by the District must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid on that project. It is mandatory that all Design-Build Entities who intend to submit a proposal fully complete the pre-qualification questionnaire and be approved by the District to be on the final qualified Proposal list. No Proposals will be accepted from a Design-Build Entity that has failed to comply with these requirements. The last date to submit a fully completed Statement of Qualification is at 2:00pm on 12/12/13.
